Goal Setting If you write down your goals you are 10 times more likely to achieve them
Write Down three things that you are proud of about yourself:
Example - Work hard at school,
Write Down your emotional rating from 1-10. 10 being the happiest you can be.
What is keeping you from being happier
Example - Too tired to study enough, snacking too much
What a SMART goal to make you happier
SMART Goals: S - Specific - Make sure your goals are clear and well defined M - Measurable - Make sure you are able to track your progress. This keeps you motivated A - Attainable - Do not make impossible goals. Small goals that are achievable. R - Relevant - Make sure your goal is consistent with your overall life plan. Why do you want to achieve the goal? T - Time Bound - Must include a deadline.
